TEN32 Midtown Venue Policies

These policies apply to all events, meetings, productions and private rentals at the Venue. By submitting payment, the Renter confirms that these policies were available for review and accepts responsibility for all guests, vendors and activities connected to the booking.

The signed Rental Agreement contains the complete terms and will control if there is any difference between these policies and the Agreement.

Reservations and Payments

Reservations are confirmed only after payment and written confirmation from the Venue.

All payments are final, nonrefundable and nontransferable unless otherwise approved in writing.

Rental Time

The reserved time includes setup, deliveries, vendor access, event time, cleanup, breakdown and complete departure.

All guests, vendors, decorations, equipment and belongings must be removed by the scheduled end time.

Unauthorized overtime is charged at $450 per hour, billed in full hour increments.

Guest Count

The approved guest count must be followed at all times and includes guests, vendors, performers, bartenders, caterers and event staff.

Standard bookings are limited to 70 people. Occupancy of up to 75 people may be approved in writing where permitted.

Venue Staff

A Venue representative, manager or security professional may remain onsite throughout the event and may not be asked to leave.

Venue staff do not provide decorating, catering, bartending, serving or event coordination unless separately agreed in writing.

Alcohol

All alcohol must be served by an approved professional bartender.

Self service alcohol, red wine and shot service are prohibited.

Alcohol may only be served to guests aged 21 or older. Underage drinking may result in immediate event termination without refund.

Alcohol service must end at least 30 minutes before the scheduled event end time.

Insurance

Event liability insurance is required. Liquor liability insurance is also required when alcohol will be served.

Proof of insurance must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event. Failure to provide the required coverage may result in denial of access without refund.

Smoking and Illegal Activity

Smoking, vaping, hookah, marijuana and illegal substances are prohibited inside the Venue, throughout the building and directly outside the entrance.

Smoking or vaping violations may result in an initial $500 remediation charge, plus additional costs.

Decorations

Confetti, glitter, nails, screws, staples, command hooks, glue and permanent adhesives are prohibited.

Only paint safe tape may be used on surfaces approved by Venue management.

The Renter is responsible for damage caused by guests, vendors or decorations.

Furniture and Equipment

Furniture may not be moved without approval.

Guests may not stand, sit or climb on furniture, tables, countertops or bar surfaces.

Venue equipment may not be disconnected, relocated, altered or tampered with.

Catering and Cleanup

Caterers must clean their preparation areas and remove all equipment, supplies and food waste before the scheduled end time.

Excessive trash, spills, stains, grease, odors or abandoned items may result in additional cleaning charges.

Building Conduct

Guests must remain inside the Venue and may not gather, drink or create disturbances in hallways, elevators, stairwells, entrances or sidewalks.

Food and beverages must remain inside the Venue.

Security Cameras

Video surveillance may operate in entrances and common operational areas.

Cameras are not located in restrooms or private changing areas and may not be blocked, covered, unplugged or disabled.

Damage and Biohazard Cleanup

The Renter is responsible for property damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, additional staffing, security expenses and building charges caused by the event.

Cleanup involving vomit, urine, blood or other bodily fluids carries an initial $500 remediation charge, plus additional costs where applicable.

Event Termination

The Venue may deny entry, remove guests, stop alcohol service or terminate an event for excessive occupancy, underage drinking, smoking, illegal activity, threatening conduct, property damage or refusal to follow Venue instructions.

Events terminated for serious policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

Written Approval

Any exception or change must be approved in writing by authorized Venue management. Verbal discussions and previous accommodations do not modify these policies.
